J & J Aggregates (updated 2026)

Project Overview

J & J Aggregates, a new decorative stone supplier, first approached me to create a clean, straightforward online presence for their business launch. Their priority was a simple one-page website that could showcase their range of products while laying the groundwork for future growth.

That original site, built in Framer, launched in just one week and gave J & J a strong starting point: an introduction to the business, filterable products, FAQs, an about section, a gallery, and a way for customers to get in touch.

As the business grew, so did the website's job. What started as a simple showcase needed to become a fully functioning online shop.

Growing Into a Full E-Commerce Store

The site has since been rebuilt from the ground up in Webflow, moving from a one-page Framer site into a full e-commerce store with Stripe integration, letting customers order decorative stone and aggregates directly online rather than enquiring first.

Alongside the shop itself, I built two custom tools to make ordering easier:

• A gravel calculator — helping customers work out exactly how much product they need based on the area they're covering, removing the guesswork from ordering.
• A postcode checker — allowing customers to instantly check whether their location falls within J & J's delivery area before placing an order.

The site has also expanded well beyond its original one page, with dedicated category pages for different product types and a set of local SEO pages targeting the specific areas J & J deliver to across Kent, helping the business get found by customers searching locally.

The Result

Since launching at the end of April 2026, the new site has generated 26 orders, giving J & J Aggregates a genuine online sales channel rather than just a digital brochure. What began as a simple one-week launch site has grown into a proper e-commerce platform, built to scale alongside the business, just as it was always intended to.
